Personal training

Every body shape is different and every person has different goals and ideas about what constitutes their 'ideal body' I have trained every body type imaginable over the last ten years and can help you get over the hurdles that may have been holding you back in the past. I love helping people achieve their goals. But you have to be truly committed. I will be your biggest supporter, mentor and coach but it has to start with you. If you are truly ready to finally get in the shape you have always wanted to be in then fill in the enquiry form and register for a chat.

Group training and corporate training

Training with friends or work colleagues is fun. But if you needed another reason, did you know that training with a group triggers the same neurochemical response in the brain as dancing and laughing? Recent research has shown that the endorphin release from training with friends is dramatically higher than when we train on our own because we are hardwired from our evolutionary history towards group bonding.

Wedding Training

Planning a wedding can be stressful. So the last thing you need is to be getting stressed about what you should be doing to look your absolute best for those wedding photos you will have forever. Whether it's dropping 10kg or just tightening up those arms and getting that belly as flat as you can, I can give you the personalized training and nutritional programming to take the stress out getting ready for your bid day. And if hubby-to-be needs to get in shape too, we can tailor a program to help him look like the perfect Prince Charming.

Mindfulness Coaching & Stress Reduction

Stress. It's a part of life. A small amount of stress helps us grow and flourish, but too much stress can lead to chronic illness, weight gain, depression and anxiety. Find out how you can use evidence-based mindfulness practices to take control of the stress in your life and enhance your relationships with your partner or family members thanks to your new-found moment to moment non-judgmental awareness and emotional openness and non-reactivity.

Nutritional coaching & Gourmet recipes

Calorie counting, 3 versus 6 meals a day, intermittent fasting, eating 'clean', the Paleo, Atkins and Zone Diet and expensive supplement regimes. If you are feeling confused about what you should be doing to lose weight and get into great shape then I can help you navigate through the myths and hype and give you some delicious gourmet meal ideas to help you get excited about eating right to achieve your goal.
